About Me

Brandon Cha

My name is Brandon Cha and I am a 17-year-old student athlete at Tenafly High School in Tenafly, New Jersey. I compete in long jump and triple jump for my school’s track team, and I play basketball, soccer, and volleyball in my free time. I qualified for state sectionals every year, and placed top 15 during my sophomore year. However, my junior year was plagued with injuries: I sprained my knee and my ankle and fractured my lower back all in the same season. I believe that poor nutrition played a part in this, as my nutritional intake fluctuated throughout the year. I made this website to educate people like me on how to eat properly while recovering from injuries.
